Q: Can we use air to cut metal? 

A: Yes customers usually use compressed air to cut stainless steel under 3mm thickness. We could install 11kw 1.3mpa air compressor together with machine.

Q: Can you arrange shipment? 

A: Yes we have stable forwarders, which could deliver machine to destinations overseas by sea/ land/ air. Also you could use your own forwarder to ship machine.

Q：How to place a order ？
A: After you confirmed order details and decided to purchase our machine, we would make and send you Proforma Invoice.
Pay 30--50% deposite in advance. Then we arrange production of machine. Sometimes there are machines in stock. After finished tested the machine, will take cutting sample videos for you confirm.
When you confirmed machine has excellent performance. We would inform you to make balance payment.
Will cleaning and packing machine, shipping to loading port.

A: Yes, when you received the machine, in tools box has user manual and video guide you how to install and assemble, operate and maintain. At the same time our engineer will online services for helping.
