Q: How to distinguish laser tubes with different powers and applications?
A: 1. Laser tube length (relatively speaking, the longer, the bigger)
2. Laser tube diameter (relatively speaking, the thicker, the bigger)
3. Machine laser tube watts depends on your process materials and its thickness.
Q: Is it better to increase blow to improve laser processing performance?
A: For some thick materials, it works. But, when carving some other materials, you need to blow less.
Q: I'm not familiar with the machine,how to choose?

Q: How long will it take to learn to operate a laser machine?
A: If you are able to use some basic graphic design software, it will only take a few hours to master the operation. You just need to do some simple tests on different processing materials to know how to set the correct speed and laser power.
Q: Is a laser machine in operation harmful to our bodies?
A: It is not harmful as long as the laser is not exposed directly to skin and eyes. Our tools box has goggle when somebody operate machine, pls wear the goggle.
Q: How can I pay my order?

Q. When I got GODWORKER Laser cutting machine, I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
A: 1. We will send you the video and manual with the laser machine.
2. If you still have some doubts, please contact us via Telephone / WeChat / Email / WhatsApp, will answer you within 8 hours.
3. Engineer can remote control your PC guide you how to operate it.
4. If necessary, we will dispatch the technician for in-house service (Installation & Training), but you need pay for some fee, like air tickets, hotel and meal, daily salary.
5. If you can come to China, we will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.
Q: Can you arrange the shipment for us?
A: Of course.We can arrange the shipment for our clients accordingly by sea and air. Trading terms FOB, CIF, CFR are available.
Q: What's the warranty on the laser cutting machine? 
A: 1. Machine has warranty for 2 years, starting from the delivery date (subject to date on nameplate).
2. Glass laser tube warranty for 10--18 months.
3. No warranty in case of damage due to improper handling.
